These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Serial Wrappers website and your communications with Serial Wrappers. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Project-specific estimates, invoices, proofs, production terms, and written agreements may contain additional terms that control that project.

Website and quote requests

Website content is provided for general information. A quote request does not create a binding contract, reserve production time, or guarantee pricing. A project becomes binding only after Serial Wrappers provides written terms and any required approval or payment is completed.

Serial Wrappers messaging program

When you voluntarily check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Serial Wrappers at the telephone number you provide. Messages may concern your quote request, project updates, appointment reminders, customer service, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at admin@serialwrappers.com or 800-722-5665. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and eligibility

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out promptly.

Intellectual property

The website, Serial Wrappers branding, layouts, copy, graphics, and other content are owned by Serial Wrappers or used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written authorization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit false information, or use the website in violation of law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serial Wrappers disclaims implied warranties related to website availability or informational content and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
